Origin
Dallas Group began its operations in 1983, when entrepreneurs originally from Rio Grande do Sul started the agricultural activity in Mato Grosso do Sul. Over the years, the success in the cultivation and commercialization of cereals, such as soy, corn, wheat, sorghum, among others, stimulated the business. In 1996, was inaugurated the industrial park of Dallas Alimentos, for the production of pastas, biscuits and mixtures for cake, processing and industrialization of rice, in Nova Alvorada do Sul.
The quality in every process allied to the vision of market and the flexibility to innovate carried the Group to produce foods recognized for its refined taste. The industry of Dallas Alimentos was pioneer in segregating the wheat grain and in using only zero trans fats since the beginning of the industrialization of biscuits. This recipe earned the preference of consumers and helped to expand its distribution network to all Midwest, Southeast and North of Brazil.
In 2013, Dallas Group inaugurated a industry specialized in the production pastas with short and long cuts, in the city of Cabreúva, inner city of São Paulo. Finally, in 2015, the Group acquired Germani Alimentos, its industrial park of pastas and biscuits, in Santa Cruz do Sul, at Rio Grande do Sul, and its centenary brands (Germani, Coroa and Corsetti), expanding its portfolio and attendance to all South of country.
Currently, further the production and commercialization of foods, the acting of Dallas Group comprehend several companies involved in agriculture, livestock, transport and logistic, import and export of grains, among other activities. There are thousands of professionals that work in dynamic and efficient way to attend the market and generate development in regions that the Group is established.

The large and diversified capacity of production ensures foods for all social classes and consumption occasions with a high quality control, since the harvest of the grains until its production. In addition, in the search for improvement, the Research and Development Center offers the structure to innovate in products.
All this work is done with the objective to deliver the consumer a remarkable alimentation experience, capable of capture your palate, in any place in Brazil and in the World. In this way, the operational synergy from beginning to end brings precedence and credibility to the products of Dallas Group in the market and guarantees the development with excellence in the results.
The factory structure of Dallas Group counts with three industrial parks (in Nova Alvorada do Sul, Cabreúva and Santa Cruz do Sul). These three units work with modern lines of production, packaging of long and cut pastas, laminated, loose, coated, stuffed biscuits and wafers, mixtures for cake, flours, cereals, derivatives of corn and cassava, as well as processing and industrialization of rice.
The productive complex is composed by seventeen metallic silos for storage and drying of grains, two granary warehouse with a storage capacity of 103.000 ton/year of grains, one unit of processing and industrialization of rice (with capacity of 500t per day), in addition to a mill (with a processing capacity of 450 tons per day), counting more than 60 thousand m2 of constructed area. This industrial base is complemented with three distribution centers (in Campo Grande, Cuiabá and Goiânia), which helps in the deliver of food from North to South of Brazil, as well as different countries in the world.
